No objection to issuance of permit for rooftop solar on the Nolan Center for the Performing Arts, per mockup completed 27 May 2026 and supplemental materials received _ June 2026, PROVIDED the applicant confirms there are 114 panels proposed on the numbered panel sheets (PV-1, PV-2A, E-1); paint the metal trim skirt in flat black paint; provide a scaled detail for a flat roof that includes the trim skirt, panels at a 5-degree angle, and dimensions for the Pegasus S base ballast mount and Solarpod Z-Rack systems; remove all references to Znshine panels, which would not be installed on the roof; and confirm no conduit is to be visible on the front or side-facing roof downslopes. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
