In its public meeting of 21 July conducted by videoconference, the Commission
of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, a new concept design for the Congress Heights Recreation Center, located at 611 Alabama Avenue, SE. In its approval action, the Commission recommended Option 1 for the exterior materials. Please coordinate submission of the final design with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
