Fire exit stairs and covered walkway at rear

Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed covered walkway on roof of one-story rear wing and metal stairs to provide for required fire exit. Work will have limited visibility from the street. Recommend building be painted to remove mural on side wall as previously recommended (see OG 09-084). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
