No objection to issuance of permit for proposed addition of rear stair, alterations to rear and new mechanical equipment where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 13 September 2011. No objection to concept design for replacement of windows with single glazed, true-divide-lights replicas. File new submission of window details with permit application for replacement windows for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Note: The Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Georgetown holds a preservation easement on this property.
