Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to introduce 12-feet-wide garage door as shown in supplemental drawings received 14 October 2015 which indicate stone panels below existing stone jack arch recessed 4 inches. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed work on public space including new 12-feet-wide driveway, alterations to existing curb-cut for a 9-feet wide apron, and repaving of sidewalk with brick pavers. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
