No objection to issuance of permit for window restoration and alterations at McNeir Auditorium at Georgetown University's New North, per supplemental materials received _ June 2026, PROVIDED the north elevation (A4.0) is updated to include the proposed condensing unit and platform; a cross section of the proposed vent at B29 and the existing vent above Window B31 is provided to confirm they would match; salvage the removed transom and store it on site in case it could be reinstalled in the future; Door 1A should include lites to match the shape and proportions of the historic sash windows; and provide a cross section to confirm the door is single glazed and has clear glass with no lo-emissivity coating in compliance with the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
