No objection to the issuance of a permit and a public space permit for the installation of double banners on 43 light poles within the Portals complex, as shown in materials received and dated 6 February 2015, provided that proposed design #4 be used for the "Welcome to The Portals" banners, and pending further consultation with the applicant on the graphic design of the seasonal banners. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
