No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of 12 new panel antennas, 12 new remote radio heads, and associated equipment at an existing rooftop cellular facility for AT&T, as shown in materials received and dated 7 March 2025, PROVIDED that antennas in Beta and Gamma sectors and their mounting supports extend no higher than the coping of the parapet wall behind, PROVIDED that all antennas and associated mounts and equipment be painted to match the penthouse walls behind, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
