No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of three signs for Chick-fil-A at an existing building, including a non-illuminated pin-mounted replacement aluminum wall sign on the main facade and two signs at an existing wayfinding pylon in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 7 March 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 March 2025, PROVIDED that all mechanical fasteners for the wall sign be located in existing mortar joints or existing attachment holes only and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
