Recommend AGAINST approval for installation of partition wall at rooftop deck and replacement of deck railings and flooring, per supplemental drawings received 21 February 2020. Existing rooftop deck was never approved by the Old Georgetown Board, does not meet the Board's general policy on rooftop decks, and the recent work that was permitted as "repair work" exceeds repair work.
