No objection to the issuance of a permit for the rehabilitation of a plaza at an existing condominium, including structural concrete repairs to the plaza slab as well as the installation of a replacement waterproofing system, replacement pavers, replacement exterior light poles, and a replacement wrought iron perimeter fence at the pool, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 October 2026, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing outdoor dining terrace for Chandelier Steakhouse within a National Park Service easement, including the installation of freestanding planters, a line of tall fire pits, two swing gates, lamp posts, and tables, chairs, and umbrellas, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2026, due to lack of coordination with the National Park Service and inappropriate design character for Pennsylvania Avenue and the Shipstead-Luce Act area.
