No objection to revised concept design for the construction of single-family house on vacant lot, per supplemental materials received 28 May 2026, PROVIDED all windows are to be true divided lite wood; reconsider the proposed “porkchop” eave returns on the rear block; salvage the brick on the existing retaining wall to be reused in its replacement; consider a single lite at the front door; improve the chimney cap designs; and study the potential catchment area in the middle block. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
