This expansion of the Kennedy Center by Steven Holl Architects is currently under construction. The addition will add rehearsal, education, and meeting spaces—incorporated into a new landscape extending from the Kennedy Center south terrace, with three small pavilions in counterpoint to the formal dignity of this presidential memorial. The CFA completed its review of the project in June 2016.
