No objection to the final design for a temporary donor recognition plaque at the Korean War Veterans Memorial Wall of Remembrance, per materials received 7 April 2022, which indicate that the sign will be a full-width engraved stone curb with a thermal finish that matches the color of the existing light-colored granite curbing. No objection to the proposed concept design to restore sections of the masonry walls in the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal, per supplemental materials received 12 April 2022, PROVIDED the timber lock gates at locks 1 and 2 are retained or replaced in-kind. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the installation of solar panels on the roof of the Hotel Monaco (General Post Office/Tariff Commission Building), per materials received 7 April 2022. Drawings indicate that the proposed panels will be minimally visible from the public right-of-way and that anchors for exterior conduits will be driven into the mortar joints.
